– Customers may notify us of any manufacturing defects or wrong supplies within 3 days from the delivery.

– The item must be intact and not used.

– The original tag/barcode must not have been removed.

– We will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.

– No Cash Refund will be there in any of the cases.

– Kural 33 remains the right to make amendments to this Exchange Policy.

– In case issues are reported after 3 days, Kural 33 reserves the right to reject the complaint at its discretion.

– Damages due to negligence on part of the customer is not returnable at all.

– To proceed to your return you must create an exchange request from the www.kural33.in website.

– We will then contact you as soon as possible giving you all the instructions on what to do.
